We did it. It’s the release of the 2022 NFL schedule, and below are the picks and predictions for all 285 games through Super Bowl LVII.

A new season is upon us.

Free agency is largely over. The 2022 NFL Draft is over. We largely know the rosters of all 32 teams, and now we know their path to Super Bowl LVII.

This year is unique in a variety of ways. We have seemingly outgrown the COVID era. Additionally, the offseason brought an unprecedented number of changes at quarterback, with Matt Ryan, Deshaun Watson, Russell Wilson, Carson Wentz and others moving around.

Now, in conjunction with the release of the 2022 NFL schedule, it’s my honor here at FanSided to pick every game from the regular season and then move on to the Super Bowl, predicting who will lift the Lombardi Trophy in February.

Game of the Week: Buffalo Bills at Los Angeles Rams

Preview of Super Bowl LVII on opening night? Very possible.

Buffalo hasn’t made it to Super Sunday since 1993, but the Bills are favorites to win the Lombardi Trophy for the first time in their host. Of course, the Rams know the sentiment, having raised it in their own building last February after beating the Cincinnati Bengals.

For the Bills, it’s a good litmus test to see where they are at this point in the season. Buffalo is loaded on both sides of the ball, including Von Miller, who will return to Los Angeles and see some old friends. Miller signed a six-year contract worth $120 million in the offseason, shocking most of the league with his departure. The Rams didn’t replace him, hoping their remaining stars can pick up their proverbial slack.

As for Los Angeles, this could be the toughest home game on what is a brutal schedule, which includes games with the San Francisco 49ers, Arizona Cardinals, Denver Broncos, Las Vegas Raiders and Los Angeles Dallas Cowboys. With a win here, the Rams would strengthen their position in the tough NFC West, albeit out of conference.

Finally, if you love strong quarterbacks, seeing Matthew Stafford and Josh Allen inside is the game for you.
