Several products have been removed from supermarket shelves over the last week due to food safety concerns.
The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) has issued several recalls for a specific number of batches of certain products.
Customers have been urged to check their refrigerators, freezers and cupboards for affected items and follow the advice issued on what to do next.

Retailers that stock the affected products will have point-of-sale notices posted in their stores and provide refunds to shoppers for returning any affected lots.
Below are all current recall notices for various Irish stores:
The FSAI issued an urgent batch recall for Revolution Ragu on Monday.
Affected products may contain gluten-containing grains (wheat, barley, oats, and rye) that are components of the ingredient yeast extract.
These cereals are not declared in the ingredients list of some batches of Revolution Ragu.
This may make the affected lots unsafe for consumers who are allergic or intolerant to grains that contain gluten: wheat, barley, oats and rye.
The affected batch of Revolution Ragu has a pack size: 370g, which does not declare wheat, barley, oats and rye.
Dunnes Stores Smokey BBQ Irish Pork Ribs
The FSAI also recalled a batch of Smoky BBQ Irish Pork Ribs from Dunnes Stores on Monday.
The wrong back label was applied to the implicated lot of product.
The item contains barley that is not mentioned on the label.
This may make the batch unsafe for consumers who are allergic or intolerant to grains containing gluten (barley).
The lot affected by the recall is Dunnes Stores Smoky BBQ Irish Pork Ribs; pack size: 500 g with expiration date 05.13.22 and approval number: IE 538 EC.
Frozen Jona Red Tilapia Fish
A frozen batch of red Jona tilapia is being recalled due to the presence of unauthorized substances malachite green and leucomalachite green.
Recall notices will be displayed at the point of sale for this product in the stores to which the implicated lot is supplied.
Malachite green is an unapproved veterinary medicinal product that is not allowed in food in the EU. This substance can be broken down to form leucomalachite green.
Malachite green was previously used in some countries to treat parasites and fungal and bacterial infections. Although it does not meet the Benchmark for Action, the fish in question does not pose an acute health risk, but may increase the risk if consumed over a prolonged period.
Retailers are asked to recall the implicated lot from sale and display a recall notice at the point of sale in stores where the affected lot was sold.
Wholesalers/distributors are asked to contact their affected customers, recall the affected lot, and provide a recall notice at the point of sale for their retail customers.
Caterers should also not use the implicated lot.
Consumers are advised not to eat the implicated batch.
The affected lot is Lot No.: VN/472/IV/169; best before date: 09/17/2023.
