Intel rumored to announce Arc A750, A380 desktop cards in late May or early June for $350/$150 respectively

Update: We had to update the post because Wccftech got the dates for A580 and A380 mixed up.

Intel Arc Desktop Initial Release and Pricing Out

According to the new report from Wccftech citing its own sources, Intel has just provided a new release timeline for its Arc Alchemist desktop cards.

Intel is reportedly yet to confirm the exact launch date to its partners, but new cards are expected between the end of May and the beginning of June. This is when two cards will be announced: Arc A780 and Arc A380. Also, the A580, which is the mid-range GPU, is said to follow weeks later, most likely in July.

It should be noted that this is not the release date, but the time when the cards will be announced. The sale embargo is mentioned in the range of May 15 to June 30. Companies typically advertise their products about two weeks before they are available in stores.

Interestingly, the site has starting pricing information for all three cards. The bow A750 reportedly cost 350 dollarswhile the A580 could retail in 280 dollars. The cheapest card mentioned in the report is Arc A350 with 150 dollars price.

While Intel has yet to confirm its desktop Arc lineup, it appears that at least 7 SKUs are now expected. The initial launch would not include the A780, A770, A350 and A310 models.

Intel stated that desktop Alchemist GPUs will launch this summer, but the company never provided an exact release date.
